Music 295a: Electronic Dance Music has now begun!  The class is a survey of the aesthetic and historical developments in the essential techniques of synthesis, sampling, MIDI sequencing, and digital mixing and production. It focuses on the evolving genres of electronic dance music, including remixing, ambient, drum and bass, dub-step, hip-hop, house, techno, trance, and trap.
