YalMusT is proud to announce a new initiative to introduce members of the Yale community to the virtues of open source software and hardware. The Open Music Initiative is specifically focused on community-building and solving music-related problems with open-source tools. A new OMI Linux cluster is being constructed in the Notation Lab (Stoeckel Hall RM405), and a series of workshops will be offered in the Fall and Spring in coordination with the YalMusT workshop series.
